Privacy and cookies
This notice covers this website, pharmaiq.tech. It does not cover the PharmaIQ platform your organisation uses under contract; how customer data is handled there is set out in that contract.
Who is responsible
The website is run by Aphina, Khatai Plaza, 13A Khojaly ave., Baku, Azerbaijan. For anything about your data, write to sales@aphina.dev.
What we collect

The site has no forms and no accounts, and we do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Sample files you send for a demo are used only for that demo and deleted when it ends, unless you become a customer.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and
_ga_7LPEB70MRQ, which distinguish visits and last up to two years. If you reject, none are set.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so we don't have to ask again.
You can change your mind at any time: or use the link at the bottom of every page. Deleting this site's data in your browser also resets the choice.
Fonts and images are served from our own server, so viewing the site sends nothing to third parties unless you accept analytics.
Who else sees it
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, as the provider of Google Analytics, only if you accept. Google may process this data outside Azerbaijan and the EU, including in the United States. See Google's privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the server logs.
- Our email provider, which stores the messages you send us.
How long we keep it
- Analytics data: 14 months, then Google deletes it.
- Emails: for as long as the conversation is active, and at most two years after the last message, unless you become a customer.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent to analytics at any time. Write to sales@aphina.dev and we will reply within 30 days. We apply the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
